ELDOA
Developed by Osteopath Dr. Guy VOYER, the ELDOA are precise and complex postural exercises designed to increase the space between a chosen joint. When there isn’t enough “space” within a joint, tissue begins to break down at an accelerated rate, which can lead to things like osteoarthritis, disc herniations, and much more.
There is a specific ELDOA for each level of the spine, as well as numerous other joints in the body. Some of the benefits of ELDOA are:
